Everything in our catalog and on our website has a 90 day guarantee. Please call 866-498-5269 to obtain an authorization number to return any item. Ship authorized returns/exchanges via insured mail, FedEx or UPS. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
